PeopleFirst Solutions is excited to announce an opening for the position of HR Coordinator in our Delhi office. In this dynamic role, you will play a critical part in supporting our HR department by facilitating various recruitment processes, enhancing employee engagement, and managing essential administrative tasks. Your contributions will ensure that our team operates smoothly and effectively, fostering a positive workplace culture.

As an HR Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating the recruitment process, from posting job openings to screening resumes and scheduling interviews. Your keen attention to detail will be instrumental in maintaining our applicant tracking system and ensuring that all candidate communications are handled professionally and promptly. You will also assist in onboarding new employees, helping them acclimate to our organizational culture and policies.

In addition to recruitment, you will play a vital role in promoting employee engagement initiatives. This includes organizing team-building activities, facilitating feedback sessions, and supporting various employee recognition programs. Your ability to create a welcoming environment will help strengthen our team dynamics and enhance overall employee satisfaction.
