Job Description

Our client is seeking a dedicated Technical Support Specialist to join our dynamic team in Kanpur. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional remote assistance to help them troubleshoot technical issues effectively. Your expertise will play a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction and ensuring that our clients have a seamless experience with our products.

As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for diagnosing software and hardware issues, guiding clients through step-by-step solutions, and documenting all interactions in our support database. You will collaborate closely with our engineering team to escalate complex problems and contribute to the continuous improvement of our services. A strong ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical users is essential.

To succeed in this position, you should possess a solid understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products. Experience in a customer support role, particularly in a technical environment, is highly desirable.
