About the role

Our client, a dynamic and innovative firm based in Pune, is seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Associate to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in expanding our client base and driving overall business growth. Your efforts will contribute significantly to our strategic objectives and enhance our market presence.

As a Business Development Associate, your primary focus will be on identifying new business opportunities and building relationships with potential clients. You will conduct thorough market research to understand industry trends and customer needs, allowing you to tailor our offerings effectively. Your ability to communicate persuasively and establish rapport will be key in presenting our services to prospective clients, ensuring they understand the value we bring to their businesses.

In addition to prospecting and lead generation, you will collaborate closely with our sales and marketing teams to develop targeted strategies and campaigns that resonate with our target audience. You will also be responsible for maintaining and updating our client database, tracking interactions, and reporting on your progress to the management team.
