Support Tech Services is seeking a dedicated and skilled Technical Support Engineer to join our dynamic team in Hyderabad. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with a variety of technical issues and providing effective solutions. Your expertise will be crucial in resolving customer inquiries, ensuring their satisfaction and helping them maximize the use of our products and services.

As a Technical Support Engineer, you will be responsible for diagnosing and troubleshooting technical problems, both remotely and on-site. You will work closely with our engineering team to escalate complex issues and contribute to product improvements. Your ability to communicate clearly and effectively will be essential in guiding customers through problem-solving processes, as well as documenting issues and solutions in our support database.
