Job Description

Our client is seeking a dedicated IT Support Technician to join our dynamic team in Navi Mumbai. In this essential contract role, you will serve as the first point of contact for our clients, delivering exceptional technical support and troubleshooting services. Your primary responsibility will be to assist clients in resolving their IT-related issues, ensuring that their systems operate at peak performance.

As an IT Support Technician, you will engage with clients to understand their technical challenges and provide effective solutions tailored to their specific needs. This role requires a strong understanding of various operating systems, hardware components, and networking principles. You will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving both software and hardware problems, assisting with installations, and performing routine maintenance on IT systems to ensure optimal functionality.
