Tech Innovations Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dedicated IT Support Technician to join our team in Navi Mumbai. In this contract role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional technical support and troubleshooting services. Your primary responsibility will be to assist clients in resolving their IT-related issues, ensuring that their systems operate at peak performance.

As an IT Support Technician, you will engage with clients to understand their technical challenges and provide effective solutions. This role requires a strong understanding of various operating systems, hardware components, and networking principles. You will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving software and hardware problems, assisting with installations, and performing routine maintenance on IT systems.
