About the role
As an IT Support Technician at our client, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the technological backbone of our organization. Based in Bengaluru, you will assist users with a wide range of hardware and software issues, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently. Your expertise will be essential in troubleshooting technical problems, providing timely support, and resolving user inquiries effectively.
In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving technical issues related to computer systems, networks, and peripherals. Additionally, you will be involved in documenting support requests and maintaining an inventory of IT assets.
