Our client, a leading provider of IT services in Bengaluru, is actively seeking a dedicated and skilled IT Support Technician to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional technical assistance to our diverse clientele, ensuring their IT operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Your expertise will be instrumental in troubleshooting hardware and software issues, responding promptly to service requests, and guiding users through various technical challenges. As an IT Support Technician, you will serve as the first point of contact for clients experiencing technical difficulties.

You will diagnose and resolve issues related to computer systems, networks, and other IT equipment, ensuring minimal downtime for our customers.
