About the role

As an IT Support Specialist at our client in Pune, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation of our IT systems and providing exceptional technical support to our end-users. Your primary responsibility will be to troubleshoot and resolve various technical issues, assisting employees in overcoming any challenges they face with their hardware and software.

In this dynamic position, you will be tasked with diagnosing problems, offering solutions, and providing training on software applications and IT best practices.
