Job Description

People First Ltd., a dynamic and innovative company located in Pune, is seeking a dedicated Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. This role is critical in supporting our HR department in a variety of functions, including the hiring process, employee engagement initiatives, and overall HR administration. As an HR Coordinator, you will play a key role in fostering a positive workplace culture and ensuring that our human resources practices align with our organizational goals.

In this position, you will be responsible for coordinating recruitment efforts, which includes posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. You will also assist in onboarding new employees, ensuring they receive a warm welcome and all necessary training to succeed in their roles. Your ability to communicate effectively will be essential as you liaise between management and employees to address any HR-related inquiries.
