Job Description

Our client is seeking a dedicated Full-Time IT Support Executive to join our dynamic team in Aurangabad. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional technical support and troubleshooting assistance for a variety of hardware and software issues. Your expertise will help ensure that our clients can fully utilize their technology, thereby enhancing their productivity and satisfaction.

As an IT Support Executive, you will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving technical problems, both remotely and on-site. You will be expected to manage support tickets efficiently, ensuring timely responses and resolutions to client inquiries. Your role will also include educating clients on best practices for technology use and providing training on new systems and software as needed.

To succeed in this role, you should possess a strong understanding of computer systems, networks, and troubleshooting techniques.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to clients via phone and email.
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
  • Maintain documentation of support requests and resolutions.
  • Assist in the setup and configuration of IT equipment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
  • Proven experience in technical support or a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
