Growth Financial Services is seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Financial Analyst to join our dynamic team in Vellore. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for leading the financial planning and analysis efforts, working closely with senior management to provide insights that drive strategic decision-making. Your expertise will help shape the financial future of our organization, ensuring that we remain competitive and financially sound.

As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will conduct in-depth financial analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. You will utilize financial modeling techniques to evaluate business scenarios and support the development of business cases for new initiatives. Your ability to interpret complex financial data will be essential in identifying trends and making recommendations that align with our business objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role. A proven track record of success in financial analysis, along with excellent analytical and problem-solving

Key Responsibilities

Conduct financial analysis and modeling.

Qualifications
