Job Description

Industrial Dynamics, a leader in manufacturing solutions, is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to join our team in Pune. In this pivotal role, you will oversee and manage the manufacturing processes, ensuring that production runs smoothly and efficiently. Your expertise will be crucial in maintaining high standards of safety and quality on the production floor, while also optimizing workflow to meet production targets.

As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising a team of production workers, providing guidance and support to ensure they perform at their best. You will implement best practices for safety and efficiency, conducting regular inspections and assessments to identify any areas for improvement. Your role will also involve coordinating with various departments, including quality assurance and supply chain, to ensure that all aspects of production align with company goals.
