Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Production Supervisor to join our client's manufacturing team in Bengaluru. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire manufacturing process, ensuring that production targets are met while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency. You will play a crucial part in coordinating the workflow and managing the team to optimize performance.

As a Production Supervisor, you will lead and motivate a team of operators and technicians, fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement. You will be tasked with monitoring production schedules, troubleshooting any issues that arise, and implementing effective solutions to enhance productivity. Your expertise in lean manufacturing principles will be invaluable as you work to streamline processes and reduce waste.
