Industrial Innovations Ltd. is looking for a dedicated and skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join our dynamic team in Pune. In this role, you will play a crucial part in designing and improving our manufacturing processes, ensuring both efficiency and high-quality output. Your expertise will directly impact our production capabilities and help us maintain our reputation for excellence in the industry.

As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will analyze existing manufacturing processes and identify areas for improvement. This includes collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement innovative solutions that enhance productivity while reducing waste. You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining documentation related to manufacturing processes, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Your role will involve conducting feasibility studies and cost analyses for new manufacturing projects, allowing the company to make informed decisions regarding investments in technology and equipment. Additionally, you will work closely with the quality assurance team to establish quality control measures that ensure our products meet the highest standards.
