About the role
Our client, a leader in the manufacturing sector, is seeking a dedicated Manufacturing Engineer to join our dynamic team in Bengaluru. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for enhancing production processes while ensuring the highest quality standards in our manufacturing operations.
Your primary focus will be on analyzing and improving existing manufacturing systems and processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement, implement effective solutions, and monitor the results. This includes conducting root cause analysis on any production issues and developing corrective actions to mitigate future occurrences.
As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will also be involved in the design and optimization of manufacturing layouts, tooling, and equipment to ensure efficiency and safety. You will collaborate with the design and production teams to develop and implement manufacturing plans that align with our strategic goals.
