As an IT Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues, assisting with network connectivity problems, and maintaining our IT infrastructure. Your role will involve collaborating with various departments to understand their IT needs and providing tailored solutions to enhance their efficiency. You will also be instrumental in implementing new technologies and ensuring that all staff are trained and comfortable with the tools at their disposal.
