PeopleFirst Solutions is actively seeking a dedicated Healthcare Project Manager to lead and oversee our healthcare initiatives in Jodhpur. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our projects are executed effectively, within budget, and on schedule. The ideal candidate will possess substantial project management experience, particularly within the healthcare sector, and will be adept at navigating the complexities of healthcare delivery.

As a Healthcare Project Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating various healthcare projects, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. Your role will involve planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budgetary constraints. You will also be tasked with acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants to deliver projects according to plan.

In addition to project oversight, you will play a crucial role in stakeholder communication, providing updates, and ensuring that all parties are informed of project progress and any potential issues. The ability to analyze project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies will be key to your success in this role. We are looking for someone with strong leadership

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage healthcare projects from inception to completion.

Qualifications

Master's degree in Healthcare Management or related field.
Proven experience in project management.
