Job Title: E-commerce Operations Manager
Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated E-commerce Operations Manager to take complete ownership of our online business operations. This role involves managing marketplaces, improving product visibility, handling inventory coordination, and ensuring smooth day-to-day execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Marketplace Management:
- Handle complete operations of Amazon & Flipkart seller accounts
- Create, update, and optimize product listings (titles, keywords, images, descriptions)
- Monitor product rankings, visibility, and sales performance
- Order & Inventory Management:
- Track daily orders, returns, and cancellations
- Coordinate with warehouse/production team for stock availability
- Prevent stockouts and overstock situations
- Performance & Growth:
- Plan and execute sales strategies (offers, discounts, bundles)
- Run and optimize ads (Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads)
- Analyze sales reports and suggest improvements
- Content & Branding:
- Coordinate with designers for product images, A+ content, banners
- Ensure all listings maintain strong branding and consistency
- Customer Experience:
- Monitor reviews and ratings
- Handle customer queries and complaints professionally
- Work on improving product ratings and feedback
Key Skills Required:
- Experience with Amazon Seller Central & Flipkart Seller Hub
- Basic understanding of e-commerce SEO & keyword optimization
- Knowledge of ads (Amazon PPC preferred)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and coordination ability
- Organized and detail-oriented
Preferred Experience:
- 1–3 years in e-commerce or marketplace operations
- Experience in cosmetics/personal care industry is a plus
